Denmark Visa Requirements
You can apply for your visa now. Please note that you must prepare and upload the required documents through the website.
Required Documents
○ Original Passport Copy: The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
○ Personal Photos: Two recent color photos (4.5 x 3.5 cm) taken within the last 30 days, not used for any other visa application, with a white background, 90% zoom, and without facial retouching, contact lenses, or glasses.

For Men: The head must be uncovered.

For Women: If wearing a headscarf, it must cover the hairline, and the face must be fully visible.

For Children under 12 years of age: Hair must be pulled back completely, and no head or neck accessories are allowed.
○ Salary Certificate: The original copy, in English, must be recent and issued within the last 30 days at the time of your visa application at the embassy.

If employed by the public sector: The certificate must be stamped with a colored seal from your government employer.

If employed by the private sector: The certificate must be on official company letterhead and certified by the Chamber of Commerce.

If the applicant is a company owner: An updated Commercial Registration (CR) for the company, in English, is required.
○ Bank Statement:

For Saudi Citizens: A recent bank statement for the last 3 months, in English and stamped by the bank, showing a minimum balance of SAR 15,000 per applicant.

For Non-Saudi Residents: A recent bank statement for the last 6 months, in English and stamped by the bank, showing a minimum balance of SAR 15,000 per applicant.
○ Confirmed Round-Trip Flight Reservations
○ Confirmed Hotel Reservations: Covering the entire duration of the stay.
○ Employment Contract: From the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (Qiwa), in English, for Non-Saudi Residents.
○ Exit and Re-Entry Permit: For Non-Saudi Residents.
○ Residence Report from Absher: In English for Non-Saudi Resident.
Fingerprint Requirements for Visa
○ Fingerprints: Fingerprints are required for adults aged 12 and above.
○ Children under 12 years of age: No fingerprinting is required.
○ Previous Fingerprints: If fingerprints were previously provided within the past 59 months, the applicant may be exempt from re-providing fingerprints. However, this is not recommended, as failure to register fingerprints at the embassy for any reason will require resubmitting an appointment and submitting new forms, incurring additional fees.
Additional Information
○ Expected Visa Issuance Time: Approximately 15 days from the date of application.
○ Translation: Translation includes the National ID card, Family Card, and residency permit copy for Non-Saudi Residents.
Medical Insurance
○ Al-Sarh Travel & Tourism provides insurance covering 30 days from the start of the trip, which is a basic requirement for Schengen visa issuance.
○ The insurance includes COVID-19 coverage and repatriation fees, in accordance with Schengen requirements.
○ Extending the insurance period is subject to additional fees.
