Terms of Service

Welcome to the Al Sarh Visa Platform, operated by Al Sarh Travel & Tourism. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform or requesting any visa-related services through it.

By accessing or using the Platform, or submitting a service request through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform or submit any request through it.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

  • Platform: The Al Sarh Visa electronic platform.
  • Al Sarh: Al Sarh Travel & Tourism.
  • User or Customer: Any individual who accesses the Platform or submits a request for any of its services.
  • Service: Visa application assistance, processing, follow-up, and any related services made available through the Platform.
  • Competent Authority: Embassies, consulates, visa application centers, immigration authorities, governmental bodies, or other official authorities responsible for issuing visas or entry permits.

2. Nature of the Services

The Al Sarh Visa Platform provides assistance with visa application procedures, which may include completing application forms, reviewing documents, uploading or submitting applications, scheduling appointments, tracking application status, and other services specified for each visa type.

The User acknowledges and agrees that Al Sarh is not an embassy, consulate, or government authority and has no authority to issue, approve, or reject visas.

The final decision regarding the issuance of a visa, its validity period, number of permitted entries, and any conditions attached to it remains solely with the relevant official authorities.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Payment of service fees or submission of all required documents does not constitute a guarantee that a visa will be approved or issued.

The Competent Authority may reject an application, request additional documents or information, require a personal interview, or modify the visa's validity, type, or number of permitted entries in accordance with its applicable policies and regulations.

Al Sarh shall not be responsible for rejection or delays caused by official authorities, provided that the agreed service has been performed based on the information and documents supplied by the Customer.

4. User Responsibility for Information and Documents

The User is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy, validity, and completeness of all information and documents submitted through the Platform.

The User is responsible for verifying:

  • That the applicant's name is correct and matches the passport.
  • The accuracy of the passport number, date of birth, and nationality.
  • That the passport meets the validity requirements of the destination country.
  • The accuracy and validity of photographs, attachments, and supporting documents.
  • That all requested information has been disclosed accurately and completely.

Al Sarh shall not be responsible for any rejection, delay, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or invalid information or documents provided by the User.

5. Visa and Entry Requirements

Visa, travel, and entry requirements vary from one country to another and may change without prior notice.

Al Sarh endeavors to keep the information available on the Platform accurate and up to date. However, Users remain responsible for verifying the latest visa, travel, transit, and entry requirements before their intended date of travel.

The issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into the destination country. The final decision regarding admission remains with the immigration and border authorities at the port of entry.

6. Application Processing Times

Any processing time displayed on the Platform is considered an estimate only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Visa processing times may be affected by circumstances beyond Al Sarh's control, including peak travel seasons, public holidays, government processing delays, requests for additional documentation, interviews, regulatory changes, or technical issues.

Customers are therefore advised to submit their visa applications well in advance of their intended travel date and, whenever possible, avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements before the visa has been issued.

7. Prices and Fees

The Platform will display the applicable fees when a service request is submitted. These may include Al Sarh's service fees, government or consular fees, visa application center fees, or other third-party charges, depending on the visa type and selected service.

Fees imposed by embassies, consulates, government authorities, or third-party service providers may change without prior notice.

If additional fees become necessary to complete an application, the Customer will be informed, whenever reasonably possible, before the relevant procedure is completed.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

The cancellation of applications and refund eligibility are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy applicable on the Platform.

In general, certain fees may become non-refundable once processing has commenced, the application has been submitted to the relevant authority, or government or third-party fees have been paid on behalf of the Customer.

A visa refusal by the Competent Authority does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund of service fees for services already performed or fees paid to third parties.

9. Travel Dates and Reservations

The Customer is responsible for planning travel dates with sufficient consideration for the estimated visa processing time.

Al Sarh shall not be responsible for losses resulting from airline tickets, hotel reservations, travel packages, or other financial commitments made by the Customer before the visa is issued, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed with the Customer.

10. Accounts and Information Security

Where the Platform allows Users to create an account, the User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and must not share them with unauthorized persons.

Users should notify Al Sarh if they suspect that their account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Users are prohibited from using the Platform for unlawful purposes or attempting to compromise, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or its data.

11. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Al Sarh processes personal information and documents in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy and relevant laws and regulations.

The User acknowledges that, to provide the requested service, certain personal information and documents may need to be processed and shared with relevant authorities, embassies, consulates, visa application centers, service providers, and other parties involved in processing the visa application, to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, text, designs, interfaces, images, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Al Sarh or used under appropriate authorization or license.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or commercially exploited without prior authorization from Al Sarh, except where permitted by applicable law.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including those operated by embassies, visa application centers, payment service providers, insurance companies, or other external organizations.

Al Sarh is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, practices, security, or operation of third-party websites or services that are not under its control.

14. Limitation of Liability

Al Sarh will exercise reasonable professional care in providing its services. However, Al Sarh shall not be liable for events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including decisions made by embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or government entities; delays in visa processing; unexpected changes to laws, regulations, or entry requirements; or technical failures affecting third-party systems and services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

15. Amendments to These Terms and Conditions

Al Sarh reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect regulatory changes, operational requirements, or changes to the services provided through the Platform.

The latest version will be published on the Platform together with the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the Platform will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of use.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the Platform or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For any questions, inquiries, or comments regarding these Terms and Conditions or the visa services provided through the Platform, please contact Al Sarh Travel & Tourism through the official communication channels provided on the Al Sarh Visa Platform.

Important Notice: Submitting a visa application and paying the applicable fees does not guarantee the issuance or approval of a visa. The decision to issue or refuse a visa, as well as its validity period, permitted number of entries, and applicable conditions, remains solely with the relevant embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and government entities.
