Slovakia Visa Requirements

Required Documents
○ Original Passport Copy: The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
○ Passport Photos: Two recent color photos (3.5 x 4.5 cm) with a white background, issued within the last 30 days, and not used for any previous visa or passport application.

For Men: The head must be uncovered, and no glasses are allowed.

For Women: The hairline must be visible, and no glasses or contact lenses are allowed. If wearing a headscarf, the entire face must be fully visible.

For Children under 12 years of age: Hair must be pulled back completely from the forehead, and no head or neck accessories are allowed.
○ Employer Letter (Stating Salary and Job Title): The original copy must state the applicant's salary and job title.

For Public Sector Employees: The letter must be stamped with a colored seal from the government employer.

For Private Sector Employees: The letter must be on official company letterhead and certified by the Chamber of Commerce.

For Business Owners: A copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) may be submitted.
○ Bank Statement: A recent bank statement covering the last 3 months from the bank where the salary is deposited, showing a minimum closing balance of SAR 15,000 per applicant.
○ National ID and Family Card: The Family Card is required if applying as a family member.
