UK Visa Requirements

Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for Saudi Citizens or Those Eligible for an ETA
Required Documents
○ Original Passport Copy: The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
○ Personal Photo: A recent color digital photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) taken within the last 30 days and not used for any other visa application. The photo must be in color, taken against a white background, and must not be digitally altered or enhanced, including the use of facial filters, contact lenses, or glasses.

For Men: The head must be uncovered.

For Women: If wearing a headscarf, it must cover the hairline, and the face must be fully visible.

For Children under 12 years of age: Hair must be pulled back completely, and no head or neck accessories are allowed.
Additional Information
○ Expected Visa Processing Time: Approximately 1 hour to 3 working days from the date of application.
○ Visa Duration: A two-year, multiple-entry ETA is issued if the passport is valid for more than two years. If the passport is valid for two years or less, the ETA will expire when the passport expires.
Tourist Visa for Non-Saudi Residents
Required Documents
○ Original Passport Copy: The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
○ Bank Statement: A recent bank statement showing salary deposits for the last 6 months, in English, including the account holder's name, stamped by the bank or verified online, with a minimum balance of SAR 15,000.
○ Salary Certificate:

If employed by the government sector: A salary certificate stamped with a colored seal from the government employer.

If employed by the private sector: A salary certificate certified by the Chamber of Commerce.

If the applicant is a company owner: An updated Commercial Registration (CR) for the company, in English, is required.
○ Employment Contract: From the Qiwa platform, in English.
○ Residency Permit: A copy of the residency permit from Tawakkalna, provided that the applicant has been a resident of Saudi Arabia for a full calendar year at the time of application.
○ Residence Report: From Absher, in English, with the residency permit valid for at least six months at the time of travel.
○ Personal Information:

Tourist Visa for Non-Saudi Residents (Dependents) Traveling with Saudi Families or Employers
Required Documents
○ Original Passport of the Worker/Employee: The passport must be valid for at least six months at the time of travel.
○ Employer's Bank Statement: A recent bank statement showing salary deposits for the last 6 months, in English, including the account holder's name, stamped by the bank or verified online, with a minimum balance of SAR 50,000.
○ Employer's Salary Certificate or Commercial Registration: A salary certificate or a copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) if the employer is a company owner.

If the employer is a government employee: A salary certificate stamped with a colored seal from the relevant government entity.

If the employer is employed in the private sector: A salary certificate certified by the Chamber of Commerce.
Required Documents for Female Employees
○ Employment Contract: From the Sanad platform, in English.
○ Residency Permit: A copy of the residency permit from Tawakkalna, showing that the applicant has resided in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for at least one calendar year at the time of application.
○ Residence Report: From Absher, in English, with the residency permit valid for at least six months at the time of travel.
○ Personal Information:

Study Visa for Saudi Students
○ Language Studies for up to 24 Weeks: An Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) is sufficient for language studies lasting a maximum of 24 weeks.
○ Language Studies Exceeding 24 Weeks and up to 44 Weeks: The following documents are required:

Acceptance letter from the institute, language school, or university, along with the course invoice.

Valid passport.

Copy of the National ID card for Saudi Citizens.

Financial guarantee letter if the student is studying on a scholarship.
○ Self-Funded Students: The following documents must be attached:

Bank statement showing salary deposits for the last 3 months, in English, with a balance at least equal to the tuition fees plus an amount sufficient to cover living expenses, certified by the bank.

Employment letter stating the salary and position, in English, certified by the Chamber of Commerce if the student is employed in the private sector.
○ Students Sponsored by a Parent or First-Degree Relative: The sponsor's required documents must be provided, in addition to a copy of the sponsor's passport and National ID card.
Additional Information
○ Expected Visa Processing Time: Visa issuance typically takes between 21 and 35 business days from the date of application and fingerprinting at the visa application center for regular applications.
○ Expedited Applications: Expedited applications are available for an additional fee.
○ Translation: Translation includes the National ID card and family card.
