Vietnam e-Visa Requirements

Two Types of Visas Are Available:

○ Single Entry

○ Multiple Entry

Required Documents

○ Scanned Passport Copy: The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.

○ Personal Photos: Two recent color passport photos (4.5 x 3.5 cm) with a white background, taken within the last 30 days and not used for any other visa application.

　* For Men: The head must be uncovered.

　* For Women: If wearing a headscarf, it must cover the hairline, and the face must be fully visible.

　* For Children under 12 years of age: Hair must be pulled back completely from the forehead, and no head or neck accessories are allowed.

○ Employer Letter (Stating Salary and Job Title): The original copy (in English), issued within the last 30 days of the visa application.

　* If from the government sector: It must be stamped with a colored seal from the government entity.

　* If from the private sector: It must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce.

○ Expected Spending During Your Visit to Vietnam:

　* For Saudi Citizens or Non-Saudi Residents: Provide an amount based on your projected personal expenses during your stay in Vietnam. It is recommended that this amount be at least $80 per person per day.

○ Confirmed round-trip flight bookings.

○ Confirmed hotel bookings covering the entire duration.

○ Employment contract from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (Qiwa) for Non-Saudi Residents, in English.

○ Exit and re-entry visa for Non-Saudi Residents.

○ Detailed national address in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

○ Personal email address.

○ Contact information for an alternate person in case of emergency: Full name, email, address, and mobile number.

○ Personal Questions and Information: Answers to personal questions and information about the applicant will be included in the application during submission.
